When you join our apprenticeship team, you get three or more years of on-the-job experience while earning a two-year Associate’s Degree in some of the most sought-after and highest-earning technical specialties in the industry. Apprentices work for Dow, earning competitive wages and full college tuition while gaining specialized training in one of America's most in-demanding manufacturing specialties to enhance their marketability for today's lucrative manufacturing roles like:

Chemical Process Technician
Instrument Electrical Technician
Millwright
Electrician
Laboratory Technician

We collaborate with local community colleges to combine classroom training with hands-on learning. Upon successful completion of the program, apprentices will be evaluated for full-time employment opportunities at Dow.

To apply and participate, you’ll need:
- High school degree or GED
- Minimum of 2.5 grade point average
- Completed coursework in algebra
- Preferred coursework in natural or physical science
