Eligibility Requirements to start workouts and practice with VISD for the 2024-25 school year. "Incoming 7th graders will need a physical post marked 4/1/2024 to be allowed to do 2024 Summer Strength and Conditioning Workouts."

1) Physical & Medical History paperwork (you can find attached below) - If you had a physical completed post marked 4/1/2024 then you will not need a new physical dependent upon your completion of the Medical History form and how it is answered.  In some situations, you may need to get a new physical even if you had one completed last year.  

2) Rankone forms - 5 forms

Once you get to the Parent Portal in rankonesport.com, you will CONTINUE AS A GUEST. You do not need to create a new account.  You will only need the name of your son or daughter and their student id#.
