Victoria Independent School District, in partnership with Victoria College, is committed to the individual success of all our students and their post-graduation plans. Our center is eager to provide help with both academic and non-academic pathways, which would include: information on universities, trade schools, general admissions questions, career exploration, financial aid pathways, and more. We are available throughout the year to meet with students and parents to engage in proactive conversations that lead to a fruitful plan after graduation.

Throughout the school year, the Career and College Center arranges various college university recruiter visits, technical institution instructor visits, as well as military recruiter visits at our Victoria West HS campus. Recruiters have the opportunity to speak directly with our students in the lunchroom commons area during lunch periods, give classroom presentations, or show web-based presentations. If you're interested in scheduling a visit or presentation, please contact Ms. Vega.
GenTX Victoria, a part of the statewide Generation TX movement, is a community-wide collaboration aimed at encouraging an entire generation of Texans to pursue education or training after high school.
