Welcome to the Victoria West FFA Webpage!
Welcome to the Victoria West FFA informational page.
FFA is committed to the growth of our members in leadership, responsibility, communication, organization, agricultural education, and career success. We strive to increase all these aspects in our members and through agriculture, getting the members ready for the real world. This is done through our multiple agriculture classes, livestock shows, leadership and career development competition events, community service, leadership conferences and camps, as well as district, area, and state level conventions.

How do I become a member?
If you are registered in an Ag class, then you are in FFA! To become an active member, see any of the Ag teachers to become more involved. FFA is not just about sows, cows, and plows, but is also about leadership, career and technical education, and making lasting friendships.
The Texas Junior FFA is a statewide organization with the purpose of enhancing and encouraging the education of younger students who are interested in the future of the agricultural industry. The organization of a Junior FFA chapter is entirely optional, with the need of such an organization to be determined by the local FFA chapter.
Membership in the Texas Junior FFA is open to students in grades where agricultural science courses are not offered. Junior FFA members must be at least eight years old and in the third grade. Please read Junior FFA Policy for specific details regarding membership and eligibility.
All Junior FFA membership is due to the Texas FFA no later than December 1st.
